I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Lori Abriola to sell the house I'd lived in for 35 years. A house I was emotionally attached to but ready to sell. When I reached out to Lori, she was prompt in coming to the house to introduce herself and to provide the potential logistics in selling the home. Lori was the first and only salesperson I talked to. I had a list of others to interview but it wasn't necessary. I liked Lori. She was a "friend" who wanted to help me. She patiently waited while I packed the house, had an estate sale, and moved out prior to listing. She patiently walked me through the paperwork and inspections I had to do to comply with my neighborhood's requirements for placing a house on the market. I had moved a 1000 miles away when Lori put the For Sale sign in my front yard which just happened to be on a Sunday. Within three days we had an offer and I accepted it. While going through the legal steps that the buyer was obliged to do to complete her side of the purchase, Lori would would ensure I was kept in the loop. During the subzero weather, Lori would go to the house to check the furnace and water lines. When it snowed, she would shovel the walkways and the front steps so that the house was safe and appeared to have someone living in it. Any concern or anything thing I needed help with, Lori would respond quickly. The longest time I waited was two hours for a return call and that was because she was in a meeting.I recommend Lori Abriola as a great real estate broker to anyone and everyone. She is thorough, knowledgeable, patient and truly a professional in her field. She will get your house sold by doing everything right. Kudos and accolades to her here in this review.
